Helsinki Card: prices at a glance

The Helsinki Card comes in three validity periods - 24, 48 or 72 hours, for adults and children. Every version includes the same range of benefits; only the duration differs. Validity starts with your first use.

Validity Adults (17+) Children (7-16)
24 hours 62 € 31 €
48 hours 78 € 39 €
72 hours 93 € 45 €

As of 7 August 2026, prices from the official booking partner. Children under 7 generally do not need their own card. The price shown in the booking window is always the binding one.

What is included in the price

Regardless of the duration chosen, the card covers:

  • One-time free admission to more than 25 museums, attractions and tours, from the guided Suomenlinna tour to the Ateneum, Amos Rex and the Rock Church.
  • City tours and boat trips that you can use throughout the entire validity period.
  • Free public transport by bus, tram, metro and suburban train. The Public Transport page shows which zones are covered.

Which duration is worth it?

Even a handful of highlights quickly offset the card price. Anyone who combines Suomenlinna, a museum or two and a city tour in one day - and uses the bus, tram and metro to get around - will easily spend more on individual tickets than the 24-hour card costs at 62 €. For a packed single day it is the right choice. If you are staying longer, spread your visits over several days: the 48-hour card (78 €) works out at just 39 € per day instead of 62 €, and the 72-hour card (93 €) as little as 31 € per day - the longer the validity, the lower the daily rate. The Attractions page shows which highlights are particularly worthwhile.

Cancellation: unused vouchers can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of visit.
